Refund Policy

Due to the high value and regulatory nature of gold transactions, AfriGold Limited operates under a strict refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Assay results materially differ from those stated (and independently verified)
  2. Payment made in error and no product shipped

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  1. Buyer’s change of mind after order confirmation
  2. Delay due to customs or regulatory hold-ups after goods leave origin
  3. Products delivered as described with agreed documentation

3. Resolution Procedure

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of incident
  2. Supporting documents (invoices, test reports, photos, etc.) must be provided
  3. Investigations may take up to 14 business days before a decision

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are made via bank transfer to the original payer account.
