- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed Purchase Agreement

AfriGold Limited is not liable for delays caused by customs, strikes, natural disasters, or acts beyond our control. Risk transfers upon delivery as defined in contract terms.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise agreed.
